SediMeter SM4
El sensor consta de 36 detectores de retrodispersión óptica de infrarrojo cercano (NIR OBS) espaciados a 1 cm de distancia. La longitud de medición activa es de 35 cm. La turbidez se mide a 71 niveles, cada segundo como una retrodispersión recta y uno muy posterior como retrodispersión oblicua, y se informa en unidades de turbidez de formazina (FTU) sin decimales. El nivel se estima con una resolución de 0.01 mm.
Aproximadamente 11 cm más arriba hay dos sensores de turbidez, un estilo ISO con luz NIR y un estilo EPA con luz blanca, ambos reflejados 90 grados. También hay un medidor de fluorescencia que emite luz UV y mide la luz blanca devuelta. La ventana de los turbidímetros está protegida contra las incrustaciones de los LED UV.
